By accessing and using the Arivon application, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Arivon is a platform that connects local farms with consumers. The service allows:

• Farmers to list and promote their produce
• Consumers to discover and connect with local farms
• Direct communication between farmers and consumers
• Location-based farm discovery

Arivon is a marketplace platform only. We facilitate connections but are not responsible for transactions between users.

To use Arivon, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service
• Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Scrape or collect user data without permission

If you register as a farmer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your farm and produce
• Comply with all applicable agricultural and food safety regulations
• Maintain appropriate licenses and permits
• Honor commitments made to consumers
• Respond to consumer inquiries in a timely manner

If you use Arivon as a consumer, you agree to:

• Communicate respectfully with farmers
• Honor pickup arrangements and commitments
• Provide honest feedback
• Respect farm operating hours and policies

Arivon is a discovery and connection platform. All transactions, payments, and arrangements are made directly between farmers and consumers. Arivon:

• Does not process payments
• Does not handle delivery or logistics
• Is not responsible for disputes between users
• Does not guarantee the quality of produce

The Arivon app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Arivon and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

Arivon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or reliability of information
• Quality or safety of produce
• Conduct or reliability of users

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arivon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to disputes between users, food safety issues, or financial losses.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abusive behavior toward other users
• Any other reason we deem necessary

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
