Vancouver Island · Founding farmers
Pre-orders for your farm gate or market stall. Free, for good.
Arivon lets people near you order ahead and pick up at your farm or stall. The first 100 Vancouver Island farms to list 3 products before 31 March 2027 become Founding farmers.
What Founding farmers get
Free forever
Your farm page, listings, pre-orders, customer messages, updates to your followers and your map pin. No commission and no monthly fee, ever.
We set you up
We add your address, pickup hours, photos and first products with you, at your farm or stall in the Cowichan Valley, or by phone anywhere on the Island.
Founding farmer badge
A badge on your farm page that shows customers you were here from the start.
Pro free for a year
When Arivon Pro launches (stock counts, Farm Box sign-ups, farm visits, sales insights), you get your first year free.
How it works
- 1Sign up as a farmer and add your farm: name, address and pickup hours.
- 2List at least 3 products with prices and pack sizes. That's when your Founding farmer place is confirmed.
- 3Customers nearby pre-order and choose a pickup time within your hours.
- 4They collect at your farm gate or market stall and pay you directly, by cash or e-Transfer.
Questions
- What does it cost?
- Nothing. Founding farmers keep the core features free forever. Arivon never takes a share of your sales.
- How do customers pay?
- Directly to you at pickup, however you already take payment: cash or e-Transfer. Arivon doesn't handle the money.
- What if I sell out?
- Mark the item sold out in a tap. If an order comes in for more than you have, you can lower it and the customer is told straight away.
- What sells well in winter?
- Eggs, greenhouse greens, microgreens, meat, honey and preserves. You can also open spring Farm Box sign-ups early.
- When does the offer end?
- When 100 Island farms have listed 3 products, or on 31 March 2027, whichever comes first.
